Our Recruitment 
Process

Our recruitment process is designed to minimize risk, time and cost, and ensure the optimum results for our clients

The first step of the recruitment process delivers a detailed diagnosis, plan, and job specification so that everyone fully understands an agreed definition of the tasks. Our client will work directly with one of the principals of our firm who will develop a thorough understanding of the business, the needs, and the culture.

We then undertake the appropriate search and sourcing of talent in the geography identified by the client.  We also use referrals and maintain contacts with passive candidates who are currently working but may be interested in new opportunities. 

​

Based on the job specification developed with the client, we interview and pre-screen every qualified candidate prior to presenting the candidate for the client interview.

​

All candidates at this stage have been fully vetted and those meeting the agreed definition plus an indication of the cultural fit are identified. The preferred candidates are presented for the client interview. The interview format is agreed and references are checked.

​

The final stage includes, if requested, negotiations on the client’s behalf and post-hire follow-up.
