Coaching for Onboarding and Intercultural Assessments & Training

We will help to protect your investment, particularly in international employees by providing coaching and cultural competence training.  We follow both employees and their families before and during their stay abroad.  The aim is to avoid transition stress and to increase the retention rate by assisting them to find and establish their identity in their new environment.

Through coaching, we aim to discover, clarify, and align with what the new incumbent wishes to achieve.  We encourage self-discovery and elicit the individual’s awareness of his capabilities and areas of improvement, while highlighting resources available to support his development.

Psychometric Evaluation 

A psychological evaluation by our certified Associate can be added to better understand the final candidate’s behaviours, key motivations, limitations and development opportunities. Our multi-dimensional approach to personality assessment provides incredible insight that can serve as a powerful tool throughout the employee lifecycle.

 

The evaluation is at the client’s discretion and involves additional fees.
